Voicecorps proudly welcomed representatives from IAAIS Radio Reading Services from all over the country to Columbus for the IAAIS Convention. It was held at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Columbus, and attendees were treated to a number of guest speakers and workshops to better provide Radio Reading Services to their own constituents.

Attendees also had the opportunity to visit and tour the Voicecorps studios. The staff and volunteers were on site with Graeter’s ice cream sundaes to welcome everyone and held tours and shared information about the work we do. Our guests were quite impressed with our building!

And finally, the Convention culminated in an awards banquet. Voicecorps was honored with the Program of the Year in the Consumer Information category, thanks to Neal Shapiro’s weekly TV Listings program!

A special congratulations goes out to our own Amy Billerman, who organized the majority of the conference and did a tremendous job. Of course, we’re not surprised, since Amy helps keep us running like a well-oiled machine!
